All things ‘green’ will be discussed at the next European edition of the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit, organized by Organic Monitor, which takes place in Paris  on 24-26th November 2014.

Developments in green ingredients, marketing and customer behavior will be discussed.

Prof. Dr. Michael Braungart, co-founder of McDonough Braungart Design and professor at the University of Applied Science (Suderburg, Germany), will give the opening keynote. He is shown above, with the book he co-authored with William McDonough.

Braungart says that cosmetic & personal care firms need to innovate with product design if they are to use resources more efficiently – and is promoting the Cradle-To-Cradle Design Approach.
